Composite axis compensator

        Metal circular, retangular, double-rod and other compensations are mainly used for coal transmission pipeline and ash removing pipeline of power plant and to absorb thermal displacement.

1、Performance parameters:  

    Madium: feeding air, feeding power, smoke gas and dues gas.

Pressure:≤0.1MPa; temperature:≤400℃

Materrial:Ripple pipes use 0Cr18Ni9Ti, connecting pipes use Q235-A,diversion pipes Q345 or abrasion and refractory steel.

2、Joine mode:  

    Welded joint or flanged joint, rectangular compensator using inner insertion welding, the pipes insert into the compensation  interface, insert the amount of 20mm.

3、Parameters provided when ordering 

    Outer diameter(DW) of circular pipe or outside length and width (A*B) of rectangular pipe, the occasion of using,the medium of using, temperature, pressure and axial compensation ,the radial compensation.
