In the first three quarters of 2012, the average utilization hours of public conventional coal-fired units in the national unified regulation (above provincial level dispatching) were 3851 hours. The utilization hours of the 1 million kilowatts, 600 thousand kilowatts and 300 thousand kilowatts of the whole country are 4382 hours, 3900 hours and 3778 hours respectively.

According to the quarterly statistics, there were 15 provinces (districts and cities) in China. Compared with the first half of this year, Jilin and Guangxi have increased their upside down rates, but other provinces have not changed much.
